Shipping
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
For Germany, delivery takes 15–42 working days from order confirmation to delivery.
Other destinations may be offered at checkout. The details shown there apply to that order.
How much is shipping?
Orders of €60 or more: free shipping to Germany.
Orders under €60: a €20 shipping fee.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking number. Enter it at 17track.net or email [email protected].
Cancellation and returns
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Unshipped orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. Email [email protected] with your order number.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Returns are by mail and free of charge. Please contact us first at [email protected]. We do not offer in-store returns.
When will I be refunded?
After we receive and check the return, we refund the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few working days to show the credit.
