ガラスが割れていたり、シェードやフレームにへこみがある状態で届いた商品は、不良品とはみなされず、返品はお受けできません。この場合、ガラスまたはシェードは無料で交換いたします。交換をご希望されず、商品を返品される場合は、通常の返品として処理し、返品手数料として商品価格の最大35%を申し受けます。また、返金額から発送時の送料を差し引く権利を留保します。

ランプにE27、E14、G9などの電球を使用する場合は、調光可能な電球を選択することで、ご自宅の調光システムでランプを調光できます。ただし、ご自宅に調光システムがない場合は、お問い合わせください。お客様に合わせてランプをカスタマイズいたします。LEDチップ搭載のランプの場合、内部の光源を変更することはできません。また、通常は暖色、寒色、調光対応バージョンをご用意しております。商品ページに調光対応バージョンがない場合は、お問い合わせください。すべてのランプを調光対応にすることができます。ご希望の場合は、お気軽にお問い合わせください。

2. ケーブルをもっと長くしてもらえますか？
